We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your PosturePro purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund:

Contact us at PostureProSupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Return conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost — no return required in this case only.
